Refund policy
Because our products are made to order or are digital downloadable products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of quality issues. All orders are final unless they meet the criteria below.
Eligible Quality Issues
We will offer a replacement or refund for orders that arrive with any of the following:
- Incorrect item received (wrong product, size, or design)
- Printing defects (e.g., misalignment, fading, incomplete print)
- Damage sustained during transit
How to Submit a Claim
To request a resolution, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the.stoicstore.ae@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph demonstrating the quality issue
Claims submitted after 14 days or without supporting photos will not be eligible.
Resolution
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only where a replacement is not possible.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Refund Processing Times
PayPal: Refunds appear in your PayPal balance typically within 1-3 business days.
Credit/Debit Card: Refunds appear in your bank account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
